General Policy
We accept refund or return requests made within six (6) hours of delivery for perishable items and within 72 hours for non-perishable items, provided the complaint is valid and properly documented.
Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once out for delivery. Refunds will be processed either to your EkoAfromart Wallet or to your bank account, depending on the situation and your preference.
Refund Guidelines
If we’re unable to fulfill part or all of your order, and the value is under CAD $25, the refund will be credited to your EkoAfromart Wallet.
For orders above CAD $25, refunds can be processed either to your Wallet or to your bank account—your choice.
Wallet refunds are immediate upon approval. Bank refunds are processed within 2 business days of confirming your account details.
In cases where an item was delivered but is damaged, missing, or substandard, a refund will be made to your Wallet following a validated complaint.
Note: All refund and return cases are reviewed individually, taking into account product type, delivery status, and reason for return. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
